Je suis allée à la boutique Bell et Kristine m’a tout de suite mise en confiance. Elle a pris le temps de vérifier mon appareil, de regarder les options dans mon dossier et elle a remplacé ma carte SIM. Dès qu’elle l’a changée, tout s’est remis à fonctionner. Vraiment un gros merci pour son aide et sa patience. Une employée super souriante qui a compris ma détresse et m’a réglé ça rapidement
