  Je suis retourner le 29 octobre pour un autre problème, Videotron m'avait envoyer un téléphone que je n'est pas commander le bureau chef ma demander de le retourner au magasin d'Anjou, car s'était une erreur de leur part. J'ai eu super de bon service avec CHRISTIAN, il a régler le problème avec du savoir faire très professionnel merci beaucoup --------------------------------------------------------- Hier je me suis fait avoir par un monsieur qui disait qu'il travaillais chez Videotron et que vue que j'.tais une bonne cliente la compagnie m'offrait 40% de rabais, il ma demander mon numéro de compte et mon mot de passe il avait tout le reste , J'ai pris son nom, et j'ai communique tout de suite a Videotron, et il mon conseiller d'aller a un kiosque de Videotron pour aller changer mon mot de passe. Arriver au kiosque je dit au vendeur tout ce qui s'était passer il ma changer mon mot de passe. Je lui posais des questions et il répondais avec une indifférence total, il avait hâte que je parte surement a cause qu'il ne faisait aucune vente alors ses réponse était évasive. JE TIEN A M,EXCUSER D,AVOIR FAIT PERDRE DU TEMPS.....SERVICE MÉDIOCRE ANGELA

  Horrible service from Amina, we went to get a heelix router for internet, she said that she made our "account" on the saturday october 11th, where she assured us that everything regarding the account and appointment for the technician to install at our home was "set up," this was a lie. the following day (sunday the 12th) the custom service department advised us via phone call that our account WAS NOT properly set up and that we needed the maiden name of my husband's mother WHICH WE ALREADY GAVE AMINA AT THE KIOSK THE DAY BEFORE and then were told the only way to "fix" the situation was to return to the mall kiosk and have AMINA properly enter the account details, and so we went to the kiosk for a SECOND time, in which she accused us of giving the "wrong information to her" LOL, after she "set up" our account for the SECOND TIME having to go see her. the following day we again had a phone call from the video-tron department about scheduling for the technician to come and install the heelix router and AGAIN account information was not CORRECTLY SET UP, in addition the customer service phone representative said we needed an identification password WHICH AMINA TOLD US NOTHING ABOUT, and then the phone rep advised us we needed to go to the kiosk FOR A THIRD TIME Upon going to see AMINA at the kiosk for a THIRD time, she was extremely defensive, gave eye-rolls and extremely combative behaviour, and refused to accept any fault, she blames us and the customer service phone rep, and that the problem was with "US!" We asked her for the manager, to which she replied "the manager can't do anything to fix this" at which point we told her to forget about the account and that we are canceling and returning the router, she replied with attitude "I cannot cancel an account, I just do sales," to which i replied "well who can cancel an account here then?!" she did not respond at all, sat and pressed buttons on her computer for 10 minutes in silence until I asked "so how long does it take to cancel an account" She replied "As long as it takes" while once again rolling her eyes, By FAR the worse customer service experience ever. DO NOT GO TO THIS KIOSK none of the staff are professional, all very immature and have no idea how to do their job. Terrible service from Amina.

  Obliger d'aller à ce Vidéotron parce que c'est la seule boutique où il restait le modèle de téléphone que je voulais. Je l'avais même mis en réservation pour environ 1 heure et demi. Me fait servir par une demoiselle qui avait une attitude rien à foutre des clients. Me demande pourquoi je veux ce modèle de téléphone en particulier. Elle dénigre beaucoup le téléphone et essaie de me vendre un autre modèle. Plus cher, bien entendu! J'ai choisis un autre modèle parce que je me sentais "stupide" de celui que je voulais acheter après tout se qu'elle avait dit. Ensuite, elle doit me cherche un forfait parce qu'on doit absolument le changer quand quand on change de téléphone apparemment. Me pose aucune question sur celui que jai besoin. En fait, elle n'avait pas l'air de comprendre se qu'elle faisait! Après 15-20 minutes de cette expérience très désagréable , j'ai dit a la demoiselle m'a qu'on arrêtait ça là parce que j'en avais assez. Je peux vous dire qu'elle en avait rien à faire que je sois insatisfaite. Très, très mauvais service à la clientèle!
