- ANAlexis Noonan6 days ago1.0The customer service person used a condescending tone and view with a 72 year old woman. He didn't even look at her bills this was January 05/26 . Not the gentleman in a collared work shirt. It was the worker who couldn't be bothered to wear a work shirt.

When you leave they go back to sitting down on their phones. No “have a nice day” or even “thanks”. They are as helpful as a kick in the arse. I get it you’re bored, your job sucks but for the love of all that is holy, greet your customers and try to smile. Train your employees better Bell.
