- CHCarmen HalmanAug 20, 20252.0I had a gentleman named Jeff Craig to help me , I bought my phone through bell online and I had 30 days to return my old one to the store, I didn’t have my phone completely erased as I thought I did and he was wondering why I didn’t buy my phone at that store and wouldn’t help so I left and got my daughter to erase it and took it back today and of course the same guy, he is so rude to costumers, he wanted to to take my screen protector of the old phone and I had a problem with it and he wouldn’t help me, the young girl working there was nice enough to help me, please give him some advice how to treat people right or get rid if him, this is the Charlottetown store
- JDjohn dowJul 24, 20251.0I very highly dont recommend bell aliant for internet service. They will do anything to get your money. Internet is slow if it even works at all. They also bill what ever they want to for service. I had thier internet for a year at a cost of $95 a month. After the year promotion was up they raised my bill $10 the next month, $15 the next and $20 the next month. So I was paying$140 a month so I told them to turn it off and when they did they sent me a final bill of $280 for canceling the service. Not impressed and now living with out internet cause no other company covers where I live on pei. One star is too much of a rating for the service I received from them.
