- CMCraig MacFarlaneFeb 3, 20261.0Horrible in store experience. I went to this store because I was directed to pickup a SIM card at the store. The experience I had in the store was awful. I was treated as if I was a pest and they refused to help in anyway. I even offered suggestions for other ways we could help and it was clear they were not willing to help at all. I’m just going to take my business somewhere else. Even if they could not help me, it was the attitude I received that made this a horrible experience. They were short with me and not going a good job explaining why they couldn’t help and made me feel like I was somehow in the wrong.
