No one is ever there even when they're open. The door inside is always locked. I haven't seen anyone in there in months. Maybe change your hours if you don't plan on being there.

Great to work with but half the time when I go in during their open hours, it's closed. Would be nice to have some sort of sign on the door explaining why if they're supposed to be open.

The one person staff here seems to be a revolving door for new hires. On several occasions the person ( different ever week) behind the counter has no idea what they are doing. Unable to answer questions or unable to even recognize what a prepaid priority mail label looks like. They even tried to give the UPS guy their out going Postal packages for the day not even recognizing that it’s a completely different company. It might be convenient location but save yourself the frustration and headache and drive to Waynesboro or Shady Grove post office.to do business.

I’m traveling Southern PA for work. I had to make a quick pit stop to a post office and it happened to be Zullinger. I’m leaving this comment because of what I witnessed happen. A clerk working there who did a fantastic job with keeping his cool and composure while staying in character of a federal worker. A lady came in screaming, calling him a bunch of names because the clerk told the man she was with that he could not take $100 bills. Which is understandable with some businesses that may not have the change to make out for it and future sales. So that was the first thing. The second thing was this lady was going off on him because the clerk would not open this man's mail. Now this man must have been almost blind. He could see, however, but very little. I’m not a postal worker, but I would have to imagine that they are not allowed to open people's male even with consent. The last thing I witnessed was a money order being made. The clerk did everything he could to satisfy this man and the woman with him screaming at him made me want to speak up. However, I didn’t want to escalate anything else. The clerk did his best to try and defuse. I just don’t understand why the woman with the man with a sight problem couldn’t do it herself. It was very toxic. After they were helped. The clerk moved onto taking care of me and got me in and out within a minute. He gave amazing service. Some people don’t know how to treat others. I hope this review helps considering the lady screaming asked for the clerk’s name and badge ID. Very proud of that young man.
