Horrible service. No phone number. Never a supervisor. They walk out of the room to "call the supervisor" then come back and refuse to help, and if you ask to speak to them, theres no phone in the post office and the supervisor doesnt have any contact info. If you need a supervisor they have some rando respond to their website contact who calls you a liar. Nobody will help with anything and they refuse to believe they can do any wrong. They steal your mail. They pretend to deliver. Will literally walk up to your house while youre outside, say hi, then leave, so your package can be marked as "not accepted" and they can return to sender because you had no notification of an attempted delivery. And theyve removed my past reviews calling them out on all their crap or i wouldnt be able to write a new one now.
I remember years ago, when to be a carrier you had to go through EXTENSIVE testing and training and background checks. The test was hard. Having to pick out the right address among similar street names or cities or house numbers. Now they just hire anyone who cant tell the difference between 3 and 4, 0 and 1, 2 and 4, and cant read GIANT numbers on a house. And im not really sure why they had me fill out a form listing who receives mail at my address when i moved in, or why they put that list inside my mailbox. They still give me my neighbors mail and leave my stuff on all my other neighbors porches, making me look like a package thief when im just going around collecting all MY packages.
Oh but this is "impossible" because they ONLY deliver my mail and packages to me. I must be going into the locked mailboxes and stealing everyone elses junk mail just to make usps look bad.

Picked up my mail here. The local post offices are not used too much anymore. I tried the help phone number. It is very not helpful. We should ho back to people.

I'd give them NO stars if I could! I've had many pieces of mail missing in the last several years. I know this for a fact because I have informed delivery and I also receive a text from them when the mail is actually (more like supposedly) delivered. Credit card statements, correspondence from my doctors, bills, greeting cards, many pieces of junk mail have gone missing I have complained to main post office numerous times, always with the promise that they will look into it and nothing EVER comes of it! Not even a response from them. I had my dog's medication misdelivered at one point and fortunately the person that received it, who lives a distance away, was kind enough to bring it to me! I have received my neighbors mail on many occasions and they have also received mine. They are an utter disgrace. I'll be switching as much mail as I can to e-mail form.

The lady at the counter whose name is Tiffany. (You wouldn’t know because she doesn’t wear her name badge and feels above it) She was very dismissive and arrogant. Shut us down when we had a literal confirmation of a pickup at that time and location yet she insisted we were wrong. Rather than elaborate… she stated BYE! It took threatening the store manager with calling the police just for him to whisper “ it’s Tiffany” to get the woman’s name. She left her co worker stranded because she couldn’t handle the situation she solely created. She had to take a break. Disgusting service
