  Today I went to this Ups store location to drop off a return for Amazon. This is something I do fairly often and this is always my location of choice, so I am pretty familiar with the process. As I walked into the store, I was greeted by an older woman behind the counter. I placed my small package on the counter with the shipping label attached to the box, per Amazon's directions, and told her I would like to return this item. Rather than acknowledging my request and offering assistance, she immediately starts to laugh in my face. I just stood there, confused, for about thirty seconds until she finally stopped laughing. Still, very confused, I explained to her that it was an Amazon return, and I would like assistance with returning the item. She then proceeds to laugh again, while telling me how terrible of a job my wife did affixing the label to the box. She could started by offering a solution, since she is the shipping expert, but instead she decided to make a fool of and belittle me. After the package was scanned, she handed me my receipt and told me that she would "fix it", but she did so with a rude and irritated tone, as if helping customers is the last thing on her priority list. This made me very dissatisfied and uncomfortable, so I will no longer be doing business that this store.

  Fast friendly service. Can drop off your own Amazon returns without waiting and the post office boxes are much nicer than the ones at the post office.
