- AAAjJan 27, 20265.0Schaad Detective Agency helped us when we were in a real pinch. After the prior company we hired (Parker International Security) withdrew, I contacted Schaad on December 2 to request coverage for December 4. They responded promptly and professionally, providing an engagement letter that clearly explained their services, hourly rate, and four-hour minimum—no surprises and no runaround. We signed on December 3 and requested an arrival time of no later than 0800. On the morning of December 4, John arrived 30 minutes early, was courteous and professional, and handled himself exactly the way you’d hope. We’d absolutely use Schaad again, and we’d specifically request John.
