Can we please stop funding the post office and pay FedEx or UPS to deliver mail. USPS is absolutely worthless over bloated and a give waste of tax money.

The lady that helped me was very patient and committed to helping me! She made things as easy as possible and was very pleasant. I had a P.O. Box reservation to complete and a change of address. It got a bit complicated due to the reservation being attached to a very old phone number. She would not give up, never made me feel rushed despite at least eight people waiting behind me. The older employee seemed to constantly be nudging her to tell me I had to go help myself online. Print the 1093 myself despite the instructions online saying differently. She also tried to find another out by saying well if the ph# doesn’t match there’s nothing we can do. The older clerk wanted any “out” she could find to send me on my way without helping me. The younger clerk wasn’t having it and remained pleasant and driven to help! I wish I knew her name.

Absolutely horrendous. Line was OUT THE DOOR due to how slow the employees were working. The one employee, an older lady, was so sweet and kind to customers. The other lady, was horrible. She was gruff and short, and didn't explain anything to older customers who didn't understand how to use the touch screens. I was there for fifteen minutes and the line moved about four people. And these were all people either buying stamps or had one package to send. This should have been very simple but for some reason, this office couldn't get it together.
