- GMGod ManDec 24, 20251.0I was never told my package was to be signed for. I had it to be available for me to pick up the next day by rescheduling the delivery. I go to this place and I’m told “we don’t have it” I was given NO pink paper on my door about the missed delivery nor any information. I’m then told a supervisor will call me which they never did. Then come to find out they ignored my request of rescheduling the delivery for me to pick it up from there and decided to try to deliver it again, but no one knocked on my door to attempt to deliver it. This is straight bullshit

My letters often don't arrive, and if they do, they're very late. This has caused me to miss appointments, and as for packages, it's very unlikely I'll receive them. They're always marked as delivered to the mailbox, but they're not there or anywhere nearby. In the last few years, I've lost more than 15 packages, not to mention the letters I never received. The same thing happens when I send something. I've called many times to inform them, but they're not at all helpful, and the problem doesn't improve. Constantemente tengo problemas con el correo todo comenzó hace 3 años al resibir mi correspondencia es muy común, Mis cartas no llegue y si es que llega es con mucho atraso esto me a llevado a perder citas y en cuanto a los paquete es muy poco probable que los reciba siempre los marca como entregado en el buzo y no están ahí ni en sus alrededores en esto últimos años e perdido más de 15 paquetes sin conta carta que Nunca recibí y también pasa lo mismo cuando envío algo e llamado muchas veces para informales y no son nada amables y el problema no mejora.
