When I spoke w UPS they were soooo dismissive and “oh well” about it…I stormed into this store w the absolute understanding these poor people had nooooo control over it yet they jumped in immediately and were so kind and willing to whatever it was they could to help!! Not that it was much as they didn’t cause the issue (can’t kill the messenger!!)….just the kindness, warmth and compass they showed means the absolute world to me!!! (These papers are for probate n my Mother’s passing-needless to say…a delicate situation and a timely one at that!!) Liz…John…I thank you both from the bottom of my heart for all you tried to do to help…Your kindness and compassion will stay w me always 🙏🫂
