- JOJodi Obenstine2 days ago1.0I returned three separate Amazon items here on the same day. Two of them made it to Amazon and the third, most expensive item, did not. The only help I received from staples.....call Amazon. What are they going to do? Staples had care of my package and I do not have this issue with anything I send via UPS. In addition,the person behind the counter could care less and said if it goes in the box it was sent. At least act like you care and act like you want to help me. I wasn't mad until the person behind the counter acted like an uncaring not customer focused person.
