I only found out recently that you can earn points by recycling batteries and toner and that can lead to cash back. Friendly staff here, though they are often slammed with Amazon returns.

Associates were extremely helpful and assisted in obtaining the needed product. I'd recommend this store as it is clean, organized and have more products and options than you might expect.

I was looking for an all in one printer online and I saw one that I wanted and I was around Staple and a store few miles away was selling for a lesser price. I went to Staple and they were able to match the price. Everything went on smoothly and I am happy with the purchase. I would recommend Staple for your purchases.

Today I had a very disappointing experience at the Staples print center. An associate named Erica (she also referred to herself as Eric told me she could not help with my print because, per policy, they require a two-hour window to process any print job even a single page. She said I could speak to her manager, Maggie, if I had concerns.
I had been in line since about 3:53 PM, and my request was a simple one-page print from an email that would have taken under five minutes. I’ve had similar jobs handled at other Staples locations, where they’ve made quick exceptions when not busy.
What made this more frustrating is that Erica did not appear busy I watched her on her personal phone for roughly 10 minutes after I moved my phone off the counter. When I asked again to speak with Maggie, I was told no exceptions could be made.
For context, I sent the file to staples.printme at 10:00 AM, assuming that was more than enough time. Apparently, that wasn’t how they operate at this location. Both Erica and Maggie came across as dismissive and unprofessional, which doesn’t reflect well on customer service.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but experiences like this push customers away. If I could rate this visit, I’d say it wasn’t worth the time or energy. I recommend taking your business somewhere that values its customers
