Several customers walked out during that time. I remained patient and pleasant, but I had to send the label email nine times, and the employee also sent it three times herself. I kept receiving confirmation emails, but nothing actually came through. When I politely said, “Please let this work, I’ve been here for 50 minutes and even my Starbucks drink is melted,” the employee became defensive and raised her voice, saying, “I’m here by myself, I can’t do anything.” It made it seem like I was causing a problem, even though I wasn’t upset or loud. I felt uncomfortable when people started looking over, as if I was making a scene, when all I wanted was help. I understand being short-staffed, but the way it was handled was unprofessional and left me feeling dismissed and embarrassed. I hope this can be addressed so future customers don’t have this experience. Thank you.
