I am here in PA for work-related. On Thursday 8th of January, I went to send 3 keys to my sister using the FedEx.
house key mailbox and a water lock key.
I even purchased the envelope inside that office and placed the key inside the envelope, asking the customer service agent to tape it. He responded, " Yes, I will do it.
On the receipt, delivery was supposed to be on Monday, but my sister received the envelope on Sunday, missing the house and mailbox key.
Hmmm, strange why the house and mailbox key.
Went on Tuesday to check, maybe the key failed, so when they asked me if I wanted assistance, and I started to mention my concern, a lady interrupted me and said you have to file a claim. Really This is so weird that out of the 3 keys, the house and mailbox are the ones missing.
The claim was filed, waiting for a response very strange. So you can trust them, make sure to secure your package.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience at your location. I waited a total of 60 minutes, including 35 minutes before I was even helped. Several customers walked out during that time. I remained patient and pleasant, but I had to send the label email nine times, and the employee also sent it three times herself. I kept receiving confirmation emails, but nothing actually came through.
When I politely said, “Please let this work, I’ve been here for 50 minutes and even my Starbucks drink is melted,” the employee became defensive and raised her voice, saying, “I’m here by myself, I can’t do anything.” It made it seem like I was causing a problem, even though I wasn’t upset or loud.
I felt uncomfortable when people started looking over, as if I was making a scene, when all I wanted was help. I understand being short-staffed, but the way it was handled was unprofessional and left me feeling dismissed and embarrassed.
I hope this can be addressed so future customers don’t have this experience.
