- PPPanbiscuit6 days ago1.0I had an extremely disappointing experience at this post office. After waiting over 20 minutes in line, there was no greeting, no acknowledgment—nothing. The same employee is always there, and every interaction feels like he’s doing customers a favor just by doing his job. It’s uncomfortable and unwelcoming. What made it worse: I brought a package in two days ago and was quoted $36 for Priority shipping. I needed to remove one item from the box and asked if he could tape it back up since I didn’t have tape with me. He refused and told me to buy tape instead. I declined, brought the package back today—same box, same destination—and suddenly the cost jumped to $43. No explanation. Nothing changed. That makes no sense. I’ve been to many post offices over the years, and this is hands down the worst experience I’ve had. The attitude, the lack of basic courtesy, and the inconsistency in pricing are unacceptable. On top of that, the way I was treated felt biased and dismissive, which only added to the frustration. I will not be returning to this location and would strongly advise others to avoid it if they have another option.

Lobby open 24 hours is nice since most if not all other post offices in the area are not. 1 problem, a homeless man is sleeping there overnight more and more. Eating there and charging his cell phone overnight. Sleeping on piles/stacks of cardboard mailboxes. I hear from post office staff that others have noticed it too. One staff employee told me that he locked himself in at least 1 night. I don't go in when he's there. Already had one nightmare experience with a homeless person. (Sorry, but sometimes there's no polite way to say it, and I don't sugarcoat!). I hope this post office won't have to be locked overnight and on Sundays.
