- RTR TJun 22, 20251.0There’s a new lady who works here - on the bigger side, white - completely rude and ignorant! My boxes just needed to be taped, she turned me away. I had mailers that could be returned by usps or ups - she didn’t even bother scanning them, she just said she wasn’t taking them. Like what? That’s so weird. Usually I have no problem with the Hispanic lady who works here - kindest woman ever! But the new lady is completely horrible - You guys need to fire her, asap. That is not customer service and it’s giving ur company a horrible name!

Update 7/27/23 So instead of getting someone who can open the store on time, they changed the hours to 9:30am…surprise 9:45am and the gate is still down. Suggestion either close this location altogether or get some kind of dropbox instead smh

This location is inside the SHOPRITE supermarket, and during this time of Covid-19 if you need the UPS store you have to wait in the same long line as the patrons of the market which is pretty dumb.
