The ones working behind the counter are great but the postal carriers are awful, i have packages lost all the time and its always as soon as it is received by wrightsville USPS. And im constantly getting the wrong mail. Same ones who ive confronted about throwing packages and im told “remember i know who you are and I deliver all your mail” or “sorry i know i deliver your mail to the wrong street alot but im gonna fix that”. These people are ridiculous USPS as a whole is a joke but Wrightsville USPS takes 1st place
- JLJAMES LEWISDec 12, 20191.0Completely incompatent and lazy staff : When I receive emails stating that my package is at the Wrightsville Post office and has been for HOURS , I'm then told to come back later . They don't even make an attempt to locate the package ; their getting paid around $18.00 just to sort mail . It's no wonder the post office will eventually be a thing of the past , piss poor customer service !! 👎
