- CHC HJun 27, 20251.0Really Awful lying cheating service! I Prepaid for media marked mail for books and they claimed insufficient postage.. and uncharged! LIARS and made my daughter pay 53 $ extra! NOW as a result she won't accept her next incoming packages. CROOKS ! Reimburse her or else get sued and reported further! You made what was supposed to be a delight to get her things she has waited patiently for, turn into a disaster of a memory and a headache to deal with your staff ! Shame on you !!

- RMRobert MAug 19, 20201.0This place is an absolute nightmare...the people giving positive reviews are obviously either workers or friends with someone there because there's no way this place can receive positive feedback unless your shipping packages out of there...if you plan on getting a package from this office, good luck...you'll need it. Bill the postmaster is rude, unprofessional, yells and screams on the phone and is honestly too incompetent to hold a position as 'post master'. He's a main reason why there's a 2.5 star rating at this office. If you're wondering why the usps is constantly year after year in debt and being bailed out is because of mismanagement in all aspects and because of people like this Bill character...always pointing fingers and never taking accountability for their actions. Amazon NEEDS to do away completely with using them as a delivering partner and ONLY use their own delivering resources. The post office here is not only a joke but a travesty and people shouldn't be treated the way Bill speaks to customers. I only wonder if he would talk to people the same way in person face-to-face as he does on the phone? What a joke...I can only hope the government stops bailing this broken organization out.

One lady told me today that she couldn’t get me my packages because they were “stacked too high” and I needed to come back later. I told her I work nights so I just told her to deliver it. Well see neglected to mention they close early today and I still don’t have my packages and I now have to wait untill Monday afternoon because she and her fellow employees are incompetent. Thanks Usps...
