This locations needs better staff that are actually capable of providing good customer service. There is a very rude somewhat young black female that always has a nasty attitude and gives dirty looks to me. Every single time. She has even been rude to my elderly mother. I hate coming to this location, I've never had this issue anywhere else. Based on the reviews, seems like multiple staff have a bad attitude problem here.

Horrible customer service. Rude to customers and 100% lazy. I walked in to the employee playing on their phone. Asked if the could “Handle-Canceling” wedding invitations i was trying to mail out. They say bsck what are you talking about… I explain again and they say “that’s a lot of work…” I sorry as he does it as little effort as possible. I would not be surprised it some of them don’t make it out in the mail

visited this post office on 12/11 to ship a few packages and had a really uncomfortable experience with the male cashier working the mail counter. I had accidentally mixed up my packages, and while I understand that can be inconvenient, his reaction felt very unprofessional and discouraging. Instead of calmly helping me fix the issue, he was visibly annoyed, huffing and puffing, and even laughing at me while I was trying to sort it out. I even explained that I’d had a crazy morning and asked for his patience, but the attitude continued. He did help me tape the packages once I switched them, but the way he handled the situation made me feel embarrassed rather than supported as a customer. Everyone makes mistakes, and I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a little grace and basic respect, especially in a customer service role. I’m sharing this because I hope staff can be reminded to treat people with patience and kindness, even when things aren’t perfectly organized. Things happen..

This location (and possibly most locations) is a joke. I submitted a complaint about stolen mail a few weeks ago and contacted the corporate customer service. They then got my local post office's "supervisor" to email me to follow up. After two emails back and forth, I did not receive any response. Thanks to this USPS showing how unorganized and useless they are, I'll have to take matters into my own hands.
