In 30 minutes, she handled 20+ customers' varied requests (printing, answering the phone, ringing up orders, arranging pick up orders, shipping orders, checking item availability, etc.) all while maintaining a helpful, cheerful attitude. She helped me print my mother's holiday letter when we could not figure out how to do it ourselves. I hope her manager or supervisor recognizes the absolute gem that is Nicole at this Staples. I would hire 10 of her.
