  Always had a good experience using the USPS in South Williamport. Shary always comes up with great suggestion on sending packages to my family in Arizona. Friendly and always helpful!

  I hate going to this post office , every time I go in her Shary is never friendly always acts like she is discussed that she has to help people, every time I go in here Shary gives me a hard time about my out going mail telling me that it's going to cost more that what postage I have on it , on two occasions she told me it was going to cost $10.00 to mail what I needed to mail out I told her nevermind, I took the out going mail I needed to mail to the Hepburn st post office, the same mail (because I went directly to Hepburn st immediately after leaving S. Wmspt post office) and it cost me about $5.00 and change, yesterday I went to S. Wmspt to mail out some mail needed to check the cost and once again Shary was working tried to explain to her what I needed to do and right away I got attitude from her not a smile, not hello how are you just a discussed look and she would not let me even explain what I needed, She told me it was going to cost almost $7.00 to mail one of my pieces of mail, she said I needed to put it in a different envelope so i went and got a longer envelope and put everything back in took it back got the same nasty attitude from her and once again tried tell me it was still to thick when i showed her it wasnt she grabbed my mail out of my hand and gane me a very nasty look, she was helping someone a head of me and gave her the same attitude that she always gives, when the person in front of me was done she turned to leave and rolled her eyes as she was walking away, I'm not sure how this woman Shary even has a job at this post office still she is a very miserable person and it shows while she is working, I hate going to this post office because of Shary and how she treats me every time I'm in there , I will only go to the Hepburn St post office the employees there are always friendly and always welcome you with a smile, Shary needs to learn better customer service skills because her customer service skills are horrible.

  See all these negative reviews but this is my favorite post office to go to. Always in abs out quickly, friendly staff and plenty of parking.
