Different worker than usual whom: has no name tag, has given complete unjust rudeness to people to the point of some leaving or being completely ignored by her. May just turn around myself and go to another one next to - this is very disappointing.

- ATA Lost ThoughtApr 22, 20191.0So their printer had to run out of ink ON my tracking number, it was completely illegible, tried calling but their phone number on Google is NOT their local number, but has the correct address (1223 W Southern Ave) so calling is POINTLESS. Unprofessional employee says "It's in the phone book..." Because we all know how easy it is to pull out our handy dandy PHONE BOOK. Very unprofessional experience overall mostly due to this specific person. That employee didn't check for accuracy, which is inexcusable, and her job. She was rude too to top it off.
