- SISamatha IrelandNov 10, 20251.0I received a "No Access to delivery location" message, which made no sense at all! Upon checking my security cameras I showed there was NO attempt AT ALL!! They were never even there! And to try and actually get a hold of a real person is absolutely impossible! Listen y'all, save yourself the aggravation of dealing with the utter incompetence of this post office and spend the extra money and ship through UPS or FedEx!

Don't get me wrong, I want to like our post office, I really do... I just don't. I had an issue where my mail was incorrectly forwarded to another address. Okay, no big deal, mistakes happen. However, upon calling customer service and the local post office and customer affairs over the course of one week it became more and more apparent that no one was taking ownership of the issue. The postal workers at the Williamsport office were fairly helpless, not because they didn't know what they were talking about, but rather, it seemed like they didn't have any power to do anything or want to do anything for that matter. Granted, the mail isn't sorted in the local office anymore, however, no one has attempted to contact the sort facility and a package that was supposed to be delivered a over a month ago. This is about the worst experience I've had dealing with a large entity. I'm at the end of my rope for knowing how to fix this... hence this review.
