- DMDottie MathersDec 15, 20252.0This store (Williamsport, PA) is consistently understaffed and the staff are usually not very friendly. Today we stopped in to drop off a return package and get passport photos. First stop at UPS drop off point found us waiting while the staff person was arranging and rearranging parcel pickup material. That was apparently more important than waiting on someone who had one package to drop off. She had to move one package out, come back and arrange a new box for arrivals and then move other packages to be ready for pickup. She could have easily attended to our drop off and still have plenty of time to do what she made us wait for. Next stop was at management desk where one person was waiting on a customer. We patiently waited for him to walk to the back of the store to assist that customer. When he walked pass the desk he smiled at us but said nothing. He then went to the trustee to check out the customer he was waiting on and the continued to check out other customers who came in after us.
