    I see a lot of bad reviews. My first time at this location changing my address . Everyone seem to be super nice here. The girl helping me was nice and very helpful !

    Almost no service nor do they pick up the phone!! Impossible to reach anyone by phone no matter the hour. They need to address this!

    They are totally okay with mail theft. I have video of the mail person fake scan a few items and they never made it to the destination. Spoke to usps and a few I assume supervisors and managers. Nothing I was told it was on the way. I now have refunded so much and have lost rating. I appeal, nothing I go to the post office nothing, nobody picks ups. This place is a joke. The postmaster needs to investigate Wilkes barre. This is the 14 refund I’ve dealt with in a month in a half. Ever since I bring it in on my own they have made it. The mailman is still doing it and has done it to multiple people in my neighbor. Respectful I hope an investigation is open and they get what they deserve. I can’t be the first person to complaint. My next action is to take the video release it online, and make a report with the local police since usps. I felt like I originally over reacted and their manager told me yeah I see it in the system….. it was never updated and that’s one of the items he couldn’t fit so he throw it in his pocket. That small package was worth a lot. Have an update!!! So after all my complaint some how the label that hadn’t been scan was sent back to me!!! With nothing just the label I appealed 2 times with all proof including the letter and their not refunding. I should mention I was denied because it wasn’t scan to start with. Funny thing I spoke to a mail man and he told me since the name didn’t match the name of the address everything gets sent back to Wilkes-Barre and what a surprise they had nothing. While he was walking away with a return. But put other peoples mail that wasn’t even the right address. Hopefully the postmaster will look into everything.
