  Hello hope all is well. I want to say that I recently just visited the staples in wilkes barre.about an hour ago and I want to start out by saying that the young Spanish lady working for Amazon is great she’s always greeting everyone and has great attitude goes above and beyond. But boy I tell you it’s not far how some of the customers come in with bad attitude, and when things are not done their way, they cuss up employees and treat them like crap. I sat there and witness as I was waiting in line. This lady she was taking had like 30 items. The lady behind her had one, but was in a rush. She was huffing and puffing and talking crap to the guy next to him about the lady having a whole bunch of things that she was returning, but takes it out on the employee with the employees still having good attitude and staying positive that a plus. I have my own business and I would love to hire her as one of my employees. I just wanted to write this review to let you guys know a little insight I am a regular Amazon customer and every time I come in she’s doing a great job. She also multitask and tries to help everyone that comes in.Thank you

  The employee returning amazon products at the Wilkesbarre, Pennsylvania store was rude and ignorant. She wouldn’t even look up at you took your product and literally chucked it into the box. Not a word said to you. She should be fired.

  I recently visited the Staples store in Wilkes Barre PA: looking for a business desk size calculator with a small cartridge ink for the printing. The sales associate pulled 3 from stock and took them to the store manager to determine if the ink cartridge would fit in any of these models. He said no and told me to go to the person at the front counter to see which styles on line would use that ink cartridge. I felt rather discarded by the manager; however Ciera , the counter clerk was wonderful. She looked up every calculator model that was on line at Staples and compatible with this particular ink cartridge. She was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I own my own business and would consider her management material. Thank you RonneK

  I had a very frustrating experience with Amazon Returns today. Everyone in line was left standing for over 10 minutes before we were suddenly told to move to a different line—one that ultimately led to the exact same place. It was completely disorganized and a waste of everyone’s time. When it was finally my turn, one employee was very kind and helpful, but another—who seemed to be a manager or assistant manager—was unnecessarily rude and condescending. While I was still in the middle of completing my transaction, she abruptly told me to pick up my box and move, as if I were doing something wrong. Then she made me walk to the other side just to get my receipt, even though it was right next to her. The entire situation felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, the experience was chaotic, poorly managed, and made worse by an employee whose attitude was not appropriate for a customer-facing role.
