Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to a lack of professional focus and a significant technical error that could have compromised my delivery. The employee, Leanne, was noticeably distracted by a personal phone placed on the shipping scale and was wearing earbuds during the transaction. More importantly, she scanned the USPS barcode for a UPS Ground Saver package instead of the UPS tracking number. It is well-known that this error breaks the digital chain of custody, making it nearly impossible to track or file insurance claims if the package is lost in transit. When I requested a correction, the employee was dismissive and ultimately shared disparaging remarks about my concerns with another customer while I was standing there. While the scans were eventually corrected after my persistence, the lack of professional courtesy and basic shipping knowledge was concerning. I hope management provides further training on handling multi-carrier labels to ensure a more reliable experience for business customers.

No greeting, just a bad attitude, as if having a customer was inconvenient to her. Everyone has their days, but after a another bad experience & seeing other reviews, it's clear one employee is just miserable towards people all of the time. She should not be in a customer service role or needs way more training.
