  Horrible, only way they'd get 5 stars is if it was -5, this temp agency is the worst. After contacting all these other agencies in the area they definitely are the worst, I been contacting them for awhile now, calls, texts, don't matter they don't answer the phone. How is this professional for a temp agency? Clearly y'all help who y'all want to help, I mean the hours are 8-5 but y'all never seem open, if y'all are(before) it's like once it hits 3 y'all don't reply to anything, y'all take forever getting back to people, looks like y'all didn't do anything but every time I turn around the office closed early or something. Lately it's been radio silence, every other temp agency gets back to me the same day. Either y'all don't have anything or y'all have jobs for certain people, either way I'm gonna see if I can contact whoever is in charge & leave a complaint, this company stinks. How does this place even stay in business? Seriously. The one time they replied before, I asked for a specific shift & days, they literally just gave me some random schedule, they offered me the exact opposite (been contacting or attempting to for awhile now, I actually forgot about them as they don't reply) if you can't do your jobs perhaps you shouldn't have them. I'm amazed at the rating this place gets, I'm convinced it either has to be people in the company or the few people they decided to do their job for. People need jobs are this temp agency is wasting people's time, effort & everything. What a big waste of time, you have a better chance at seeing pigs fly in your lifetime then getting a response from them crappy agency.

  Sam out of the Wilkes-barre, PA office has been wonderful to work with. She listened to what kind of job I was looking for, and got me two seperate assignments I've loved. 100% would recommend

  They hired me and started me without anything other than filling out my information online definitely recommend this agency and their staff who called to check on me was really nice!
