  I went to the UPS Store in Whitehall, PA. Yar waited on me. She was so pleasant and professional. The whole process of sending out a package to my grandchildren . She explained how to track my package and gave me information regarding insurance. Everything went smoothly. I will return to this UPS store. There was no lengthy wait. I was there only 10 minutes. It was a pleasure to be treated so respectfully.

  I have been delighted, I called 5 minutes before closing and told them that if I could go that I would arrive in 5 minutes and they waited for me, unlike before in this place, excellent staff I give them a 10 because there are no more stars. 100%

  If I could give this place no stars, I would. Their customer service is poor. This company is the options I had to ship back an item I purchased through Amazon and waited until a Saturday off just to return and to only be disappointed to find out that I would have to go back home to tape up the box or pay for an entire roll of tape. The item purchased is large and the box was taped but because it had been sitting in my car for a week, and having to carry up their steps , the tape simply gave out and was not enough to keep closed. This was not the first time that this establishment charged me. Last time I went with my own box and they had me purchase a new box just to ship my modem back to T-Mobile. They will take you for any money they feel they can get and do not care if their service is subpar. Customer service is customer service!

  The worse UPS store ever!!!! Every single time I come in to this specific location, they are trying to charge me for something. I had an item that said no label no box needed. I brought the package and they said they would have to change me almost $50 for a box I left and went to another ups in Allentown they charged me $13.. I went to return another pack another day they charged me a $1 for a piece of tape. Not a roll, 1 piece of tape. Today I tried to bring a package that was in its original box that was slightly damaged nothing out of the ordinary and completely sturdy. They had the nerve to say I need a buy a new box for $10. This location is a freaking JOKE.. i asked them why didn’t they charge me $1 for a piece of tape and they said they now no longer do that. So I went to the one in Allentown on the east side which by the way is by far the best UPS. They are clean, friendly and they actually care about their customers… not only did they accept my package, they taped it for FREE.. one thing I hate are greedy people and this location is by far the worse. I will never come back and i recommend everyone to look else where when it comes to returning or shipping items because 100% they will give you a problem.

  I have had to leave 3 times now because they are so slow. You get there and there is no parking because 8 people are waiting in line. 2 people are working and do absolutely nothing to hurry. One of them wandered off to help some lady by a printer to do paperwork. She then said, bring the line this way so more people can come in. I’m switching to FedEx.
