Then she proceeded to hit the green smiley face - rushing the order without giving me any options of how I wanted to mail it. Won't be going back to this place if I can help it.

- AJandrea jensenAug 6, 20251.0I would really love to zero this place out! I am baffled at how much you can charge an elderly woman for shipping a box to an APO address and then not delivering it. How is it possible for this box to go out to the Midwest to the Southeast and then to Puerto Rico and back to the Southeast in a matter of 15 days? Just to make sure you understand this isn't even relatively close to the destination! You charged this woman $170 for a box and weight that I paid $24 for to go to the same destination through the USPS. How is this possible? Oh.....and mine got there within 9 days. And when you call to get answers, you are stuck with an automated system and denied the action to speak with someone voice to voice. Disgusted at best!
