I realized there was an issue with the order on my end. Tom went above and beyond to help. He was short staffed and had customers he was helping and instead of just telling me to get it fixed with canva, he finished helping who was in line and took the time to fix it for me. This was a huge relief. If I need any othe FedEx services im coming here.

It was my first time using Fed Ex to send mail vs UPS. She was demanding & annoyed I didn’t know the process. She also wasn’t transparent with me as far as what she was doing. I almost walked out with my receipt bc I just didn’t want to be there anymore. She just said “Do you not want your receipt.” No empathy or courtesy. Very rude. I’ll stick with UPS, they have patience & courtesy.
