We were just trying to send my fiance and his troop snacks and goodies over to Japan for the holidays since they couldn't be home for Christmas. The lady charged them for 2 different types of tape because we didn't use the right one and was very rude saying they needed to leave faster because she had to close up. She wouldn't help them with filling out the papers and would only give answers such as "You can't write that" and wouldn't specify what was wrong and how to change it. Usually this place is very nice but today was just horrible and put everyone in a bad mood. I really don't appreciate the service they had, its unfortunate and unacceptable! Next time we will go somewhere else. At least we were able to ship our boxes in the end and hopefully they are sent over safely. Honestly really disappointed and disgusted by the service today.
