It has been weeks since we received any mail. Why do I pay for a po box when she wont put mail in it. This has become an absolute joke. AND HER EXCUSE IS THERE ISN'T A PO BOX ON THE LETTER, WHEN IN FACT I KNOW THERE IS! She needs to be fired and have someone better come in!
