- DSDonna SerianniFeb 2, 20261.0The post office employee gave me such a hard time, appeared annoyed with my issue, argued with me, and did not resolve my issue at all. She was extremely difficult to deal with and treated me like I was the problem. I have no choice but to go back at my inconvenience when a different employee is there. I would give her a zero star rating if I could. Also, the first time I went there for a P.O. Box, she was about to charge me double the price. On a different occasion, the male employee was excellent and very helpful. He went above and beyond to help me.
