- SZSarah ZorakJan 15, 20245.0I've been using this location for the last 3 years being that it's right down the road from me. Not 1 single time, has anyone ever been disrespectful. The one lady is so incredibly nice and always asks how my son is doing. We take a lot of sold packages to this post office, from our online resell company, and they have not made a mistake yet. They are having trouble finding committed employees, so there are people from other locations that come out to work this site but they keep maintaining our high expectations as friendly, kind people who get to know us by name very quickly. I'd say it is #1 in customer service compared to all businesses/stores in the West Newton area. Note: you get what you give, so walk in to any facility with a smile and good attitude first. Then judge their role. We all have our days, but we learn how to separate work and home life so we can be our best self in both.
