- LLLaurenJan 23, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at the FedEx location on Lebanon Church Road around 3:30 PM. I was there at Xfinity’s request to return a phone that had been mistakenly shipped to my home and was actively on the phone with their representative while in the store. One employee initially helped, but another woman who said her name was Layla was extremely rude and dismissive when I politely asked for assistance. She rolled her eyes, refused to help, and reacted unprofessionally when asked to briefly speak with the Xfinity representative to clarify the situation. I was calm, respectful, and simply trying to return a device that didn’t belong to me. I also had my child with me, which made the interaction uncomfortable and embarrassing. This behavior was completely unacceptable for a customer-facing role.
