- LBLucia BirkbyFeb 18, 20261.0One-star rating for this place is too high. The guy with grey hair needs to do training on Customer Service or just retire. I arrived 3 minutes before closing and he was helping someone else, then when it was my turn he said "I don't help anyone after 4:00", I looked at my phone and it was 4:00 so he grabbed my envelope and starting punching the counter, then pressing the keyboard really hard, saying he'll be behind with everything else he still has to do. He was really pissed. I thought he was about to punch me. I apologized for coming in last minute and he said it always happens and suggested me to go to Duquesne or Munhall next time because they close at 4:30. So I did go to Duquesne and the young man working there provides outstanding customer service so save your time, people and just go to Duquesne. It's worth the 5 minute extra drive.

- MDMimi D.Sep 30, 20251.0I went into the West Mifflin branch 15 minutes before it closed. There was a lady being helped and a couple waiting. I could see the man working (a tall guy with gray hair ) was annoyed that I walked in . The lady that was currently being helped obviously felt uncomfortable and apologized to him saying I guess I came in at a bad time he said nothing in response. She said something else to him and he still did not reply to her then his label machine became jammed and she laughed to ease the uncomfortableness and he told her with an attitude that there is nothing funny about this. During this time another customer walked in behind me mind you it was still before closing and he displayed more annoyance and that's when I decided to leave and go to Munhall's office where the lady working there couldn't have been more pleasant. Like a different reviewer stated I will also go out of my way to avoid utilizing this branch.

Called the 1800 number because their is no number to call local to complain.was told someone local will call me, no one ever called me. Why even have mail boxes of your not going to use them. Ridiculous !!!!
