If I could leave NEGATIVE stars, I would.
My grandma has ordered 3 packages and didn’t receive them as they said they were shipped to the post office here after being requested they were sent to a disabled woman’s doorstep. Cassie there says “we have a 10 days holding period”. We call the company we ordered from and said company explained they had SAID package returned to them in 3 days… where is the 10 days holding period??
We are now switching to hermitage location after an interaction with them stating they shouldn’t be marking packages unclaimed AT ALL since the person waiting for it had PAID THEIR MONEY FOR TOTAL, TAX, SHIPPING, ETC, and pay $60 for a P.O. Box every month.
I was asked about this situation, was interrupted and told to leave after remaining respectful until getting told off by some brunette lady sticking up for Cassie who sends said packages back because they don’t want to deal with it.
I am not the only one who has experienced situations like this.

I had to go to the po in town because my carrier is too lazy to deliver it. I'm disabled n don't drive. If she gets too bad, I'll just send the form that they have to deliver to my home.

Package was supposed to arrive on Monday , package didn’t arrive. Tracking information said it had been attempted to be delivered but a notice was left. Door wasn’t knocked on and notice wasn’t left. Called and they said they will deliver it later in the day and an attempt to deliver the package was never documented or tried
