  Staples in West Goshen is my “go to” place for all my printing and marketing materials. Jordan is a fabulous human and I always ask for him. Likewise for any technology products, repairs or services that I need. Dennis is a top notch, friendly, expert in that area and I always leave confident that my technology needs will be met. Both employees should be recognized by the Staples company……5 star!

  While some of the employees here are wonderful, the individuals who typically work weekends at the Amazon return desk are just miserable! They don’t greet you, make eye contact and sometimes don’t even say a word!! This past Sunday was the worst- the male worker threw (not tossed, threw) my returns into the box and was slamming stuff around. I’m a seasoned ‘returner’ so I wasn’t causing an issue and I try to be super prepared when it’s my turn. It was complete disrespect for no reason! I’d give it 0 stars, but there are a few great individuals who work there (not at the Amazon desk) that deserve credit.

  If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I now ONLY come to this location if it is absolutely necessary. I have never once had a good experience with any staff member at this store. No one greets you, no one says hello, or even acknowledges you, not that I need to have an in depth conversation with you, but it’s common courtesy and part of working a job in customer service to AT LEAST acknowledge your customer. I have stood at the counter while TWO employees looked at me, went back into conversation, and finished doing whatever they were doing (I believe they were putting a new trash bag in if I remember correctly). No one acknowledged me, no one asked if I needed help. You don’t need two people to put a trash bag in… they are very condescending, they talk to you like you’re stupid, and have no regard for customers. I have waited in line while one employees is checking people out while two others just looked at him and the rest of the people in line and didn’t do anything. I’d rather have to drive 20 minutes away to go to a different staples than this one 2 minutes from me. It’s absolutely wild.
