He told me the area to go to to get that, so I did. The machines were not working after 4 failed tries. I shed Andrew for his help again and if he could stand by me to made sure I was doing it right. He immediately left and I was charged another authorization fee yet again. He was no where to be found. I then asked Jordan for his help. He was so kind and had patience. I’d give him. 5 star right away, but because I had to deal with Andre in the photo center, is why I have this place a 3. Andrew needs another lesson in customer service.

The "man" working in the Amazon return area never says a word to his customers. Every single time I come here, he stares and does not say even a syllable to me, which then makes me wait for him to speak and actually use some basic human communication skills. Then, after two minutes of staring at me rather than using the most minimal skills to speak and ask me for a package, he then says "umm we need the package" (keep in mind, that was the FIRST thing this person said to me after two minutes of staring at me. I replied and said "Oh yes! I was waiting for you to actually say something!" Staples, take a close look at who you hire....not only does this "man" lack communication skills, "he" is also very rude and not a good fit for working in customer service...you know...the type of employment where you actually have to use your speaking skills! What a shame, Staples, look into this and do better. I can send a training video if you'd like for this employee to view.....just awful.
