The old woman with brassy hair and 5 inch long roots who mostly works at the counter for UPS and Amazon pick ups is the most disrespectful and miserable woman i have ever met. I have been to this location multiple times to pick up a package and have to have my day ruined every time i am forced to interact with her. I was there today to pick up a package and, waited in line while I stood behind her (she had not seen me yet) as she rummaged through item she had to put away. While going through these items she was complaining about her coworkers saying some less than kosher things about them and then decided to throw these items (boxes of batteries) all over. When she finally realized I was behind her she said “What?”. I explained what I was there for so she went back to the shelves where the deliveries are put, checked one side of one shelf (the wrong shelf mind you after I had told her it was a UPS pick up). She never checked the system, asked for my name or what the package was, just told me that it was not there. After I explained what the package was and had done half her job for her she said “Well it’s not here so you can just come and look for yourself”.
I decided to ask another employee who was more than helpful with me, explaining what was going on with my package so thank you to him. As for the old woman; I have never met someone in my life who is more deserving of being fired and it looks that the other poor reviews about her agree with me.
Avoid this woman at all costs.

0 stars is really what I would like to give but that isn't an option. My boss has owned several businesses in this area for many years. We have used staples for various needs over the years. I can honestly say I will never step foot into the West Goshen location ever again. I just had an encounter with the rudest most miserable woman. I always read comments before leaving one of my own. And lo and behold, not a shocker, I see several comments about the same rude miserable woman. Older woman, stringy blonde/gray hair, looks as if she has two puffy black eyes. Dont know what her name is. Didn't see a name tag. Couldn't even Identify if she was an employee at first. I am the office manager of my job. I do the ordering, however, my boss's name is on the account. If we do any sort of pick up orders every single time I print out the confirmation or show the confirmation email from my phone. Been doing this for years!!!! Never had an issue!!!! I've picked up printers from this location. Again never had an issue. But today was the day!!!! The interaction was absolutely horrible and I will from now on go to the Downingtown location. Maybe if this location loses enough customers, maybe they will decide to do something about this woman. She shouldn't be working in customer service. She greeted me by looking at me and saying Yeah. No Hi! No how can I help you. It was just Yeah. Told her I am here to pick up an order. Ughhhh from where???? I've been in customer service for 30 years, theres a way to talk to people. Gave her the name its under (my boss). She asks for ID. Why do you want to see my ID if its under my boss's name. Here is the email confirmation. Its already been paid. She took one look at me and felt that my appearance didn't match the sound of the name. I told her I can give you all the information you need. She replies "I'm not giving it to you." I said well what if I call my boss. "No I need ID, Im not giving it to you." Not once during this time was she nice. Tells me to stop yelling at her ( I wasn't yelling, I was just matching her same rude energy). I tell my boss she wont give it to me, and ask if she came come out of her way to stop here to get the ink. It was printer ink by the way. It wasn't electronics or anything overly expensive. It was freaking Ink. I put my boss on speaker and my boss is telling her she has the authorization to pick it up. So im not sure if the gentlemen who worked in the store were speaking thru the earpiece asking her if I had an email confirmation, or if she could trust the woman (my boss) on the phone. But of all a sudden, she proceeds to ask me for the email confirmation, I said its right here! I told you twice I had the confirmation. She replies I don't like it and finally gave me our order. She is the most rude individual I have ever encountered in my life. If thats the representation you want working for your store, cool, but you wont have any of our business ever again.

Good selection of planners and other things I needed, but not very many associates around to help. Regardless, I’d rather pay a little more for the neatness and organization that is given at a Target or a Walmart. 5/5 stars, but get some more employees on the sales floor!
