- BBBrandywine BloggerNov 3, 20251.01) The main West Chester P.O. on Airport Road, West Chester suffered a fire in July 2024 and has been closed ever since, putting a huge load on the tiny Gay Street office. 2) The U.S.P.S. has given our U.S. Representative Chrissy Houlihan the run around and won't even give her a straight answer. 3) I've written Washington and they refer my email back to the tiny over-worked Gay Street Post Office. 4) If we have a package to mail we go to the parcel post store on South High Street. They are cheery, efficient and even box it for you. 5) I'm taking bulk mailings to Chadds Ford. Others are going to Malvern. 6) The government mis-handles and screws up everything it touches. The U.S.P.S. MUST be privatized! I cannot understand why people want socialism and a government run society.
- RWRashanna WadeJul 28, 20251.0I'm writing this on suspicion of mail theft. I just made a report to USPSIS so they'll be investigating this. I had a debit card mailed out to me July 9th and I still haven't received it. I called the company they provided me with a tracking number. I also have informed delivery and I seen a letter coming Wednesday but with no image which is unusual. I called the company today to inquire about it since it's still not in my possession. They said it was marked delivered July 23rd. I don't know if it was this USPS office or not but someone along the way took my card and marked it delivered. You need to screen your mail carriers better.

I waited forever in line, and then they wouldn't let me send a package that I used a box that said priority mail on it and I am using Ground Advantage to ship it (says RIGHT ON THE LABEL). Even if I cross off any indication of it. It is the closest USPS location to me, but I am going to start driving to the ones that are 10-15 minutes further just to avoid this place.

They mark them as delivered and then they aren’t. I swear the carrier is stealing them because it’s only things of value like video games, etc. Don’t even bother scheduling a package pick up, they won’t show.
- BKBrendan KellerJun 30, 20252.0I wasn't home one day my package was being delivered and they gave me a slip to pick it up. I get there when it opens and they say I have to COME BACK at 3. Why couldn't you just drop it off at my door like usual and not have to waste my time like this. Ridiculous
