One package I specifically checked on the UPS online estimator, exact weight and dimensions. I asked why it was $10 higher than the estimator the clerk said " we're a franchise so completely different than UPS". Got home and checked the UPS "store" estimator same as UPS. He over charged me $10 (50%) on one 13lb package to NJ. I spent over$130 in total I'm sure i was overcharged the other packages to. Will never go back there. Not interested in the canned "owners handbook response" you have given to other unsatisfied customers in the past year clearly you're not interested in actually addressing complaints, why would I ever "visit" your store again.
