  It is always a seamless process when returning items and the owner is always friendly, kind and more than willing to help. I spend more time there than I’d like to admit and have never had a bad experience.

  This location is the worst UPS to go to. They’re so condescending. As everyone else in the reviews, Amazon packages are such a pain. They have so much to say but make the customers do the work. Even when you do the work it’s a problem all packages have to be in the clear bag, blah blah. I think management needs to go there and tell them how to treat customers and packages cause this location is lacking associates that care about their customers and their packages.

  The UPS Store makes it easy to deal with my shipping needs, and makes the shipping experience a pleasant one. The store associates are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.

  Had several packages to send not my regular store but stopped because i was in the area. One package I specifically checked on the UPS online estimator, exact weight and dimensions. I asked why it was $10 higher than the estimator the clerk said " we're a franchise so completely different than UPS". Got home and checked the UPS "store" estimator same as UPS. He over charged me $10 (50%) on one 13lb package to NJ. I spent over$130 in total I'm sure i was overcharged the other packages to. Will never go back there. Not interested in the canned "owners handbook response" you have given to other unsatisfied customers in the past year clearly you're not interested in actually addressing complaints, why would I ever "visit" your store again.
