    Gentleman was so rude and unhelpful with an international shipment. I understand post holidays is hard and most folks in the area might not be shipping internationally but basic manners/being helpful would be nice and are the bare minimum. Literally have never had a good experience at this UPS

    Do not use their mailbox service. Had a package delivered to me at this location. Tracking number confirmed delivery. Went there that same day to pick it up. UPS store clerk claimed they never got my package from FedEx. Found out later that workers here steal packages. Second time it happened is when I finally figured it out. A huge hassle getting the package back. Will never use this UPS store again.

    Shady store location. Went in to ship a return, explained I did not have a return label from person I was returning to, they directed me to pay & use the computer to get a label. Once I paid to use the computer, and asked how to do it they proceeded to tell me to goto my email to get the label they sent after I had intially explained I did not have one. So I got charged for using a computer for no reason, and then they had to then assist with making a label for me, I give them an address, and said I wanted ground shipping box weighted almost nothing, and content value was under $100, the guy showed me the shipping charges for $85 bucks to ship, and proceeded to tell me this address to ship to would not allow any other ship option other than 2 day… Something didnt seem right so I took the same package to another location and magically shipped it for $16 and some change. Shady store, and staff couldnt be bothered to help intitally to busy having a conversation amongst coworkers to assist which resulted in being charged for using a computer rather than doing their job..

    Price gouging. Go around the corner to USPS or use online shipping labels, but do not pay 500% markup at this store. Worth noting that this is not a holiday issue, but year round.
