  Staff was nice here but the nickel and dime scheme UPS has as a company is not it. Walked in with an advent calendar I needed to mail to my nephews and the gentleman that helped me quoted the shipping charges, you know just normal stuff. He proceeded to say I needed to ship it in a separate box, which I knew I needed to do. Figured I’d buy it from them. The box ended up being double the shipping charges. This is when he said I’d be better off going to staples down the road to buy a box and come back to ship to save me some money. I appreciated that so I made it a point to go to staples and then come back and ship it with the same guy, THEN leave a 5 star review for the store and representative there. So, I went to staples and bought the box. Came back and the rep said I had to pack it myself, which I was totally fine with doing, or pay the $8 pack fee (that’s insane, $8 to tape a box). Asked him for tape and he said I had to buy it. Mind you an entire roll was sitting right there next to him. He said they can’t let customers use it when they sell it. Told him if he said that when he advised I go get the box from staples, I would have just gotten tape too. Super frustrating and not customer focused whatsoever, especially in this economy. The initial advice to go to staples was great, but come on man… the tape info seems pretty important to add on there. Anyway, I went to FedEx and they let me use their tape. They also sold tape there too. Essentially, I get the guy was doing his job and trying to lookout for me at the same time. But when you send someone on a good will goose chase for it to turn out to be a waste of time because you forgot to mention I would need to buy tape too, just take the L and look the other way. Only stopped by UPS because it was in the same shopping center where I purchased the advent calendar. Needless to say, it’s a great reminder of why I use FedEx and USPS predominantly.

  They lost my film shipment, worth thousands, and refused to accept any responsibility even though they knew what the shipment was. They didn't even call or notify me when the package was lost 2 weeks prior. When I called, they refused to address or compensate on this issue. Do not trust this location.

  took passport photo there last week. none of them was qualified by uscis and we were still charge $20 for each set plus tax......

  Every time I go to UPS to do Amazon returns, Chris T is very polite, patient and has provided alternate solutions which I truly appreciate! He is very professional and I specifically go to the UPS in Devon bc the customer service is exceptional due to Chris T!! Thank you 😊

  Bad service. Especially don’t get Notary service here. With the response from this UPS, I wrote this because all my documents that I had notarized here (more than 10) were rejected by the PA state office. I had a hard time finding a notary place to get my work done in Harrisburg.
