Anthony and Carson were able to handle a complex notarization, witnessing and shipping process very efficiently and thoroughly for me. I had a complex job with many documents that I was dreading, but Anthony and Carson made the process painless and got me in and out quickly and with professionalism. Will definitely return.

Demanded my ID, entered my personal info, then said they could not ship my package, no explanation. Unnecessarily rude overall. I went to the USPS around the corner, no problems. I prefer FedEx and the USPS and I'll continue to use them instead.

I cannot say enough great things about the UPS Store at the Wayne Gateway Shopping Center. Every single visit, the staff is consistently kind, courteous, respectful, and extremely professional. They go out of their way to help and make every interaction pleasant and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service this consistently excellent. This is truly one of the best UPS Stores in the area, and they absolutely deserve recognition.
