- DWDeb WestMar 12, 20261.0Poor experience with passport services. Even though I arrived just a couple minutes late, they had moved on to the next appointment. The young man told me he could not see me today and would have to reschedule. Why couldn't I have had the appointment scheduled after mine, since they were already using my time slot...? In rescheduling, he said there was nothing for the next day and would have to schedule for the next week. After I left, I found 6 (!!) appointments for the next day online at the same location. I was super nice through the whole thing and apologized for being late so it wasn't treated this way because I was being mean or unreasonable!

I have been without my medication and will have to go to the ER. I've been. One the informed delivery it says I requested to have the package picked up which is a lie. I don't have a car first of all and I need this medication a week ago. I've been calling the Winfield post office nonstop for days. I'm constantly calling. There's no answer or message service. After it rings so many times it just hangs up. This is important!!!! How is possible for no one to ever be there to answer their phones. With that said how could someone ever schedule to pick mail up???? I call a 1-800 number and they told me they would look into this situation and it could take several days!!! I don't have several days!!!! I am sick in desperate need of this medication. I could die without it. Worst of all is that this is a medication that can't be suddenly stopped because it could cause more complications with my health. Who is going to pay for that? Because my medical bills are already too much to afford.
