The woman at the front was very rude we came in needing our toddlers passport photo and application, the other post office gave us a paper application for my husband when he got his renewed so we asked and she said she cant do that and said we'd have to print it out somewhere else we went to Walgreens a singular block over and came back and she refused and said we missed our time, there was no one in the lobby and it was 10 after our appt because of the form, was rude and not friendly at all will be going to the McMurray location from now on, and now we have to wait another 2 weeks to do anything due to our schedule not very friendly to children and the public for a publicly funded group meant for the public

This location utilized their position the best way that they could. It is fairly easy to get into the parking lot from the main road. And getting out is even easier. Which is really good to know if you need to drop something off to be mailed. There is a very convenient drive up to and don't get out of your car drop box for letters and small things being sent. Inside its actually very spacious where non-employees can access. And the people who work here are quick and friendly. Also, passports. They do that here. Forget about the extra pricy little star on your driver's license, passports last 10 years and work with the real ID act, & they let you go places.
