Me and my boyfriend waited an hour to get his passport while she let multiple people with later times in front of us, and when we got up she said his application was all wrong (we filled it out online exactly how it told us to, but apparently the “non required” question are required) then said she wouldn’t be able to take us and we would probably have to make a new appointment. She also treated us like we were an inconvenience to her, and when I got my passport months ago she treated me the same . Do not get your passport here!!
