I explained my concerns to Francis, who was very receptive, listened to everything I said, and was extremely accommodating. He has a great sense of humor, and really took good care of me. I left with perfect pictures.

I came to get copies and I was the only customer and just because I need copies you come up with this BS charge . I go to UPS or any other print shop and no one charges this fee .....you lost me as a customer and I am sure others will feel the same

I've come for Amazon returns twice, and both times the process was much slower than the UPS store, with more steps for the employees. I feel bad for the Staples employees having to do this work, they aren't a shipping store. If they had a self-service option, that wouldn't be bad. If I have a choice, I'll stick with other return options for Amazon. Sorry for the extra work Staples, we don't always have a choice on return options.
