Worst DC ever. Were there waiting to be unloaded from 8am to 6:30pm. Whe I saw my green light I went to the office and the lady so rude talking to me very prepotent.

I’ve never had a worse experience. 0 stars if I could. My package sat here for a month saying it got confiscated. And then they proceeded to take my package and send me some SPAM mail. Thankfully the people I ordered from gave me a refund. But this is extremely shady on behalf of USPS.

I was on site for work and had an interaction with a staff member that was disappointing and inappropriate. During a brief conversation, he made comments about “getting so many foreigners here” and followed it by saying “it’s good to see an American.” Given the context, the remark came across as exclusionary and racist rather than friendly. I’m used to joking and casual conversation on job sites, but this crossed a line. Comments like that create an unwelcoming environment and reflect poorly on the location. I’m sharing this so other truckers are aware, because no one should be made to feel singled out or bothered based on nationality. Because if you want to get technical, even if you were born here you're not technically a true american. This land was stolen at the point of a sword, or at the end of a gun. So if you want to be racist like that, go back to where your ancestors came from.

Just a heads up, this is NOT the Warrendale PA Distribution Center. That is the smaller facility down the street. This facility shows on your tracking as the Pittsburgh Distribution Center. A lot of these negative reviews specifically mention the Warrendale Distribution Center. I never have issues with packages that run through this building, they are always at my local Post Office within 24 hours of arriving.
