I was having issues regarding holding my personal mail and he advised me to call my local locations. The gave me the run around like you would not believe. "Call this branch, call THAT branch, no do it online" Basically getting no where.... Frustrated, I gave Steve a call back wondering if he helped my BF sort his hold mail out, why can't these other locations help me? Steve got the whole thing straightened out in a matter of moments by personally calling those branches himself. I don't know if you will ever see this, but THANK YOU Steve! You have no idea just how much you have helped me.
