- HRholly raineriDec 7, 20231.0Terrible, unprofessional, very rude employee. Arrived at this post office to pick up my package that was delivered to the wrong address due to moving. I conversed with the lady working in the front, whom was very rude from the start, I explained to her that my package was returned due to the wrong address. I asked her if she can please check if my package returned and that I’d like to pick it up with proof of identification if so. She refused to check if my package arrived and continued to tell me that nobody is allowed to pick up any of their returned mail or packages even with identification. I asked her why and she stated very rudely “it’s the policy”. Which is incorrect because I am entitled to my property and have picked up mail/packages with identification at postal offices prior. I also spoke with the palmerton post office and they stated that I’m entitled to my packages and mail with proof of identification. She needs to be trained properly or fired if she’s going to continue refusing people the right of their property.
