This is not the first time our mail delivery has failed for one day, but we've never gone 2 days without mail for no apparent reason? The other businesses and homes near us have been served. It is very difficult to operative a business without consistent mail delivery: when mail gets lost, as ours has, we have paid penalties to local government for bills not paid, etc. It is also difficult to find anyone who cares about our problem and is willing to help with solutions.
