They keep making up excuses for why they can’t come up my road and deliver my mail there excuse every time is there is snow and they are scared to get stuck with the truck which is understandable but I all last night shoveled my street salted it no reason for them not to come up it there is no snow in sight and they decided to not come up my road again today when I have been waiting for my bill and paperwork to come in and it’s about to be the deadline. I am very disappointed and very mad.

Mostly gets my packages here on time, but sometimes my packages will say out for delivery for DAYS. Never had a problem other than that.

Unpleasant experience at this location once again! Very disrespectful and condescending staff. Will not be going back, Oakmont location is always very nice and helpful!

On the door it says open Saturdays until 3pm. Maybe fix that since I spent time coming all the way down just to see you’re closed before 2pm.

I would give 0 stars if I could. There is an older man probably a few years close to retirement—dark brown, graying curly head of hair. I think his name is Dick. Probably short for Richard? Let's go with Dick. This man breathes miserable. Every interaction that I have had with him (which is very few, I don't go here often) my experience has NEVER been positive. His TONE of voice is always uninviting and little to no understanding in his comments towards customers, and it DOES NOT do him any favors. He has little patience to explain things to somebody that is newer to shipping packages. There is a kinder, older lady there too. I have had positive interactions with HER, but overall my experience going to THIS post office has been terrible. I am sorry for the sad face rating my kind lady; Dick just knows how to turn a good day into a bad one. Don't ya Dick?
